The Pure Care Travel ” Terms and Conditions” govern the use of the website and the purchase of products from it. By using this website and/ or placing an order on www.purecaretravel.com, you agree to our terms and conditions and any other rules posted elsewhere on this website. Before you order, be sure to read the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to make changes to these ” Terms and Conditions” without notice, should these changes be necessary for better technological and/or legal operation of our website.

Prices and payment methods
Prices shown on the website are including 21% VAT and excluding shipping. For orders outside The Netherlands, other taxes and/or import duty may apply. These are not included in the prices shown on the website. As for the payment methods offered, the following payment fees apply: iDeal is free of charge, PayPal +3,4%, Bancontact +1,8%, Mastro/Visa/MasterCard +2,8.
We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices as shown on this website, and all other content, at any time without notice.

Shipping and delivery
All placed orders will be delivered with insurance by PostNL. Within The Netherlands, all small accessories will be delivered as a letterbox package by PostNL. After your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace number that allows you to trace your parcel. If delivery can not take place or is delayed, for example, because the ordered items are out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail. We strive to ship your order within two weeks. All mentioned delivery times are indicative and may not lead to any rights or liability.

Duties and customs
International duties, taxes or other customs fees are not included in the prices shown on this website. Please contact your customs agency officials to inform you about any applicable duties and/or taxes. Those can be very different per country and they are not covered by Pure Care Travel. Any customs or import duties will be charged when the package is received in the country of destination. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Return policy
You have 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. This only applies to garments. During this period you can return the product. Pure Care Travel does not cover the shipping fee for a return. Used products and certain items (for instance supplements, self-care products, lipo foams) can not be returned.

All returns or exchanges need to be submitted through the website by login on to your account. If not submitted on the website the return order will not be accepted. The order will be shipped back to you after your payment for the new shipping is received by us. In case of an exchange, the shipping fee for the first exchange is covered by Pure Care Travel.

If you prefer to see the product before purchase, contact us for an appointment at our office.

Excluded from return or exchange
Supplements, self-care items, lipo foams are excluded from exchange. Also products with damaged packaging. May this be the case, your return can not be processed because of our strict internal procedures to ensure hygiene.

All returns will be carefully inspected for damage or traces of use. If any of these are present, no new item will be shipped. The damaged items will be shipped to you in the condition we received them. You will be charged for the new shipping cost and handling fee. The handling fee is €20, – including 21% VAT.

Defective product
If you received a defective product, you may report it by sending an email to info@purecaretravel.com together with your order number, address, and description of the defect including pictures. You can then send the products back to us. Upon discovery of a defect by Pure Care Travel your product will be repaired or replaced by a new one. Pure Care Travel reserves the right to choose the most appropriate solution. Upon discovery of a defect, your shipping costs will be refunded. If there is no defect found by Pure Care Travel after internal tests, we will return the product to you. Pure Care Travel will not cover these shipping costs.

Refunds
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment after we have received, inspected and approved the items for return. You will receive the purchase price (including shipping costs, but excluding return costs and any used discount coupon) within 14 days after the returned items were received by us. In case the packaging is damaged a restocking fee of €20,- will apply. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount to be received.

If you wish to exchange your order or some items of your order, you will receive a store credit within 2 working days after the exchange is received and inspected by us. The store credit can be seen by logging on to your account on www.purecaretravel.com.

Discount coupons
If a coupon code is available, it must be entered by the customer at the time of the purchase. We can not apply the discount code afterward. Current discount codes can not be used for previous orders.

Privacy policy
Our privacy policy applies to every transaction and every agreement. Your personal details will be saved in our customer files and will only be provided to relevant parties, e.g. PostNL and Soundcloud, for a correct fulfillment of your order. You have at all times the right to inspect and correct your personal data by logging on to your account on www.purecaretravel.com.
